By accessing or using VidReply ("the Service"), operated by Behind A Lens LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
VidReply is a video messaging platform that enables wedding industry professionals to record and send personalized video messages to prospective clients. The Service includes video recording, delivery via email, branded landing pages, booking functionality, and analytics.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use VidReply. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You retain ownership of all videos, images, and content you upload to VidReply. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and deliver that content as part of the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you create and send through VidReply.
You agree not to use VidReply to:
VidReply offers subscription plans billed through Apple's App Store. Payment is processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings screen. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Behind A Lens LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of VidReply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
